What we collect, and why

There is a single collection point on this site: the contact form. The fields are your name, your work email address, your declared profile and your message.

• Purpose: answering your request and, where relevant, continuing the commercial conversation.
• Legal basis: your own initiative, which qualifies as pre-contractual steps, and our legitimate interest in replying.
• Retention: three years from the last contact.

Who receives this data

Your data is handled by the Hyperfluid team. We rely on the following processors:

• EmailJS, delivery of the contact form to our mailbox. This service is operated from the United States. If you would rather avoid that transfer, write to us directly at contact@nudibranches.tech.
• GitHub Pages, hosting of this site's public pages, United States. Related server logs are retained by the host.

We do not sell any data and we do not share any for advertising purposes.

Audience measurement

We use Plausible Analytics, a cookieless audience measurement with no individual identifier, hosted in the European Union. No profiling takes place, so no consent banner is required.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object and port your data. To exercise them, write to contact@nudibranches.tech. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris, France.

One clarification

This policy covers this marketing site. It does not cover the Hyperfluid platform: that runs inside our customers' own perimeter, they are the data controllers for it, and we do not access it without their explicit mandate.
